Original Ab Ripper I think has too many moves at the beginning that overly involve legs (especially when I'm sore, it makes it way harder and not even on my abs, but my legs). X2 Ab Ripper is great, but scissor clapper is too fast and Tornado I think doesn't hit my abs like it should.
